askonefamily is the national Lo-Call helpline service for all members of one-parent families, their families and friends and the professionals working with them. If you are concerned about anything, from social welfare to parenting issues, or you are thinking about getting back to education or work, feel free to get in touch with us.

We also offer a friendly, non-judgemental listening ear to parents who may be experiencing stress or difficulties in their family life and relationships. Information and support is also offered outside these core helpline hours.
